Founded by Esther, a former architectural designer from Dallas, Bodre Bakery is the natural evolution of a lifelong love for working with hands and creating with care. From designing buildings to mastering arts, crafts, and cooking, Esther has always found fulfillment in hands-on creation. Baking began as a cherished hobby, where she lovingly prepared treats for friends and family. The overwhelming encouragement and delight she received inspired her to share her talent with a wider community — and Bodre Bakery was born.

What sets us apart is our thoughtful approach to every recipe. Drawing inspiration from Korean baking traditions, Esther crafts pastries that are distinctive in flavor, beautifully presented, and made with uncompromising attention to quality and detail.
