How to eat our financiers
Financiers are best when consumed within 24 hours after baked, while it’s crisp and moist on the inside. If you are not consuming on the day of purchase, please keep them refrigerated up to 3 days and in freezer (sealed) up to 7 days. Before consuming, we recommend to reheat the financiers in the oven or air fryer 350F for 5 minutes. Wait for it to completely cool down before consuming it. If you are using microwave, please heat them for no more than 10 seconds.
How to eat our canelés
A Canelé is a small French pastry containing a mix of vanilla, rum, egg, butter, sugar, and flour.
Canelés are best when cosnumed within 6 hours after bakes, while it’s crisp/hard outside and moist on the inside.
After 6 hours, please keep them refrigerated upto 3 days. Before consuming, we strongly recommend to reheat the canelés in the oven or air fryer 350F for 5-7 minutes. Wait for it to completely cool down and get harden.
You can also store them in freezer up to 1 week.
